CONNECT FEST 2026 Vendor Fee
Join us on Saturday, May 17, 2026 at The Congregation Detroit for Connect Fest 2026, a community celebration featuring art, music, vendors, and resources for all ages.
The event runs 2 to 6 pm outdoors. Vendor setup begins at 1 pm. All vendor cleanup must be completed by 6:30 pm.
Vendors must bring their own table, seating, and supplies. We encourage all vendors to bring a tent in case of rain. Tents should be no larger than 10 ft by 10 ft.

No commission is taken from sales. Vendors keep 100% of their earnings and are responsible for managing their own transactions, including bringing any necessary payment devices.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, staffing, breakdown, equipment, materials, and insurance. All products and displays must be family-friendly and may not cause permanent damage to the venue or surrounding outdoor space. Power is not available and Wi-Fi is not guaranteed outside, so please plan accordingly and bring devices fully charged with a backup battery if needed.
Submission of this application does not guarantee participation. Final selections will be confirmed via email by May 1st.
